Food safety affects everyone

No matter what kind of food you grow, harvest, process or sell, you have a responsibility to produce that food in the safest way possible. Food safety laws have changed significantly in the past few years with the passage of the Food Safety and Modernization Act. How does this rule apply to you, the small scale grower or processor? We’re here to help you find out.
